A manga about a boy who get stranded on a dangers island.
there he tries to go back home but in the mean while he encounters people who live with him on the island or also get banned to the island
in chapter 27, after escaping for a second time he encounter a kidnapped girl

chapter 47, a adult woman get dropped on the island and in order to make sure she does dies she is tied up and gagged(turns out she got blindfolded way before she gets dropped)
