I would have thought that someone would have made this already, but whatever.
Without getting too deep into spoilers, several characters were captured by the antagonist of the arc. Among them are Tagashi and Nico Robin. Since those chains are hard to break due to being Seastone, they'll probably be wearing them for a while.
