Gotta say, it's kind of a downer they don't show us her getting actually captured or the on-screen "tying", and her long hair doesn't allow one to discern if her hands are actually tied behind her with a magic ring or it's just the torso bindings holding them behind her back... but hey, I guess animation is expensive.

There's a high probability it continues in the next episode.

It says the video is removed. Not sure the real reason although my guess is that they would have to animate the character being tied up and/or gagged, so they would take a shortcut and have the capture off-screen. I also could guess the animators aren't skilled in bondage similar to films and TV series.
