A old cartoon that can be found in english, french and spanish but nether countries got a full list of episodes(most episodes dont got aired in those countries.
of all the episodes that i got my hands on i found 1 treatment.
In this episode the young girl get caught with a handgag and then her hands get tied up

I remember this, it was a pretty bad and boring show.
In France the name was "air academy". One member of the team is a beautiful black woman, who never gets captured or restrained at all

But the guys get tied up often if I recall well.
