This 90s Robocop-derivated animated series has some DiD moments, which strange enough didn't get reported here. It's nothing special, and there are lots of hot women who don't even get a single tie (most irritatingly a super-hot evil scientist who appears in 2 episode), but it's not bad either. Almost all of it involve Robocop's sidecick Nancy Miner, and she gets tied hands behind her back TWICE despite being captured much more
