Only thing I can think of is she was hand gagged and Keiko in Yu Yu Hakusho. It's very brief but she gives a small mmph!

Well I found Tsugumi from Aquarion....and I believe she also voice tokine in kekaishi...?

I've been quite interested in finding a gagged girl voiced by her too. In Kekashi the female heroine voiced by her is one gagged by a tentacle but there wasn't really a good mmmh to go along with it.

She does indeed voice Tokine. So the episode where she's taken hostage by a tentacle monster should have some audio.
