Here, three of the girls (Violet, Pamela and Paulina) are caught snooping around, and pushed by the bad guys inside the larder. The text describes than the girls are tied up and gagged even when we don't see so in the pic.
A nice view of Nicky and Collette trying some old dresses on before the bad guys decide to take them away too. The same in this panel, we don't see the moment of being tied up although the text describes it. As a random note, the title is a ref to the Spanish expression "estar atado como una salchicha", which translated would be: "being tied up like a saussage". Not sure if there's something similar in English, though.
