Yep it is. Lustiges Taschenbuch is a monthly comic book with mostly Donald Duck comics in germany since the 1960ies.
As a kid my parents bought them for me quite often and the 226 scene is still in my memory. The book was released in 1996, when I was 10 years old. You guys can imagine that I liked this scene a lot. At this stage in my life, I didn't even know why, but I loved it.
