Indeed. One of my absolute favorite scenes. This show also has one of my favorite gag scenes as well with her friend Koito. Both scenes really let you see the bonds. There is also a great handgag scene in ep 11 "At the Summer Resort."

This started out as one of my favorite anime series as well but fell off the map towards the end. It's clear that they were shooting for a 26 episode series and had to rush the ending to 22 episodes.

Well these animes that usually end at 22 or 21 have that type of ending, that something was missing, or the ending was unclear and you are waiting for a new season that will never appear. Or until the last eps each event in these animes spreads for 2 or 3 eps, and suddenly they resolve the whole story when you least expect it, in 1 or 2 Washed up episodes

That's what I said You can clearly see then they were told they weren't going to have their full 26 episode run as a few episodes are split up and entire story lines are resolved in only half episodes. A shame too as this series really was amazing when it was at it's best and was able to fully articulate the story it wanted to tell.
