I used to have it and since I cleared the device I had it on it went missing. I've tried to Wayback Machine, but the logs are gone so I can only hope someone still has it saved or ask Girltaker himself if he'll send it to me. That's fine, I'm sure someone else here might have it. It's the only one I'm looking for. There's also the one of the Digimon girls at prom gagged which I'm looking for and haven't been able to find. It was one the same device too, but that one is by a different artist. Forgot his name.
